Important information regarding your vehicle booking

General Inclusions
- All vehicle rentals include a professional, licensed chauffeur with extensive local knowledge.
- Fuel costs are included for the specified journey as agreed upon during booking.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage for the vehicle and all passengers is included in the base rate.

Additional Charges
- The prices displayed are starting rates only.
- Final prices may vary depending on the number of passengers, travel distance, itinerary, and number of nights.
- The standard hire package covers up to 10 consecutive hours of service per day.
- The standard hire package includes a maximum travel distance of 100 km per day.
- Any additional hours or distance beyond the agreed package will be subject to extra charges.
- Please contact us for a customized quotation based on your travel requirements.

Booking & Cancellations
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm and secure your bookings.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee based on the total booking value.

Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers are requested to take care of their personal belongings. Vroom Vroom Tourist is not liable for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle's interior by passengers may result in cleaning or repair charges.
